On behalf of my right hon. Friend the Member for Seaham (Mr. Webb) I beg to give notice that, on this day four weeks, he will call attention to the expensive overlapping of provision and duplication of establishment,; due to the continued existence in nearly every place in England and wales of several rival local authorities dealing with the children, the sick and infirm, the aged and the able-bodied unemployed, respectively, and move a Resolution.
