§ Sir K. WOODMy right hon. Friend has now received applications for sanction for the necessary loans from the Ealing and Acton Councils, and a public inquiry will shortly be held into them. He understands that the Middlesex County Council are also to consider the question of making a contribution towards the cost of acquisition.
