§ Sir W. MITCHELL-THOMSONThe legal negotiations for the acquisition of the proposed site have proved difficult, and are not yet completed. Consequently, no provision for the work has been made in the Revenue Buildings Vote for the current financial year, and it is, therefore, not possible to name a date for the commencement of building operations.
