I would point out that Subsection (1) of Section 12 of the Safeguarding of Industries Act already provides that on the exportation of goods on which Key Industry duty has been paid drawback equal to the amount of duty paid shall be allowed and, subject to compliance with Customs regulations, drawback is paid in respect of split consignments exported. If the hon. Member has in mind any particular case of difficulty and will communicate particulars to me, I will cause inquiry to be made.
