Lieut.-Colonel STANLEYNo special review of the cases referred to has been made. The allowance in question is in all cases made for such periods and at such rates as are recommended by the medical officers of the Ministry after examination of the pensioner. My right hon. Friend regrets that no record of the number of cases in which these allowances have been either increased or reduced since the 1st November last is available.
