In the reorganisation of Advisory Councils, which I have succeeded in carrying through, one of my objects has been to secure a more effective representation of local opinion on the Central Advisory Committee, which in my judgment was formerly somewhat deficient in this respect. It will, I hope, now be possible to have a meeting of the re-constituted Advisory Committee at an early date.
