Mr. ROBERTSYes, Sir. It is intended at a convenient opportunity to issue an up-to-date version of the Royal Warrant of December, 1919 (to which I presume the hon. Member refers), and of the concurrent Orders in Council, embodying the various amendments that have been made since their issue.
