§ Mr. JOWETTA conference of representatives of the Thames Conservancy, the Office of Woods and my Department on the subject of the repair of the towpath between Kingston and Hampton Court Bridges was held on the 28th April, and negotiations are still proceeding between my Department and the Thames Conservancy.
