asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he is now in a position to indicate at what date the Government intend to introduce a Bill enabling them to appoint a Committee to deal with the disposal of the Boxer Indemnity?

The Bill is to be introduced to-day. The Second Reading will be taken on Wednesday.
