NALLThis is a Bill framed in the interests of a very few people, without any regard whatsoever to the general question of transport facilities or the circumstances of railway companies in this country. The Bill is described as a Regulation of Railways Bill, but it is, really nothing of the sort. It does not set out to regulate railways. I happen to have read the Bill, as I do most of the private Bills which are submitted with the idea of their sliding through after 11 o'Clock at night. This particular Bill is absolutely—[An HON. MEMBER: "The limit!"] Yes, I am glad that it has been so described from the other side of the House and not from this. So far from being in accordance with its Title, as a Bill to regulate railways—
