Mr. JOHN HARRISasked the Prime Minister whether, in view of his 1816 announcement that he intends informing the League of Nations before the meeting of the next Assembly of the attitude of His Majesty's Government upon the Treaty for Disarmament and Guarantee Pact, he will take an early opportunity of laying before Parliament the main lines of policy in this matter and provide adequate time for discussion?
