§ The MINISTER of AGRICULTURE (Mr. Buxton)A communication was made recently by Professor Frosch to a scientific society in Berlin, but the professor did not fully disclose his method of procedure, and it is therefore impossible for others to confirm his experiments. It is understood, however, that full details will not be long delayed.
