§ 51. Mr. J. HARRISasked the Prime Minister whether, seeing that at the meeting of the Council of the League of Nations, held in March last, the President was requested to approach all States which had not yet communicated their views upon the subject of the Treaty of Mutual Guarantee, that Great Britain is one of the States which have not yet expressed their views upon the draft Treaty, and that this action of the Council of the League was taken with the object of being able to present the collective views of the States members of the League at the Assembly meeting next September, it is the intention of His Majesty's Government to reply in time for this purpose?
