§ 58. Mr. D. G. SOMERVILLEasked the Minister of Health if the Government proposes to introduce legislation amending Section 1 (1) of the Poor Law Act, 1899, by substituing 21 years for 18 years as the limit of age of vesting of parental powers in the guardians where the guardians consider that, in the interests of the person with respect to whom a resolution of vesting is passed, the extension of the age limit is necessary or desirable?
