§ Mr. SHAWThe question of the permanent establishment of temporary ex-service staff in Government Departments is now under consideration by Lord South-borough's Committee. I am, unable, therefore, to deal with the hon. Member's suggestion until the Government have had an opportunity of considering that Committee's recommendations.
