Resolutions reported from the Select Committee;

  1. 1. "That in the case of the Southern Railway Bill, Petition for dispensing with Standing Order 123, in the case of the Petition of the 'Duke of Westminster,' against the Bill, the Standing Order ought to be dispensed with."
  2. 2. "That, in the case of the London and North Eastern Railway Bill, Petition for dispensing with Standing Order 123, in the case of the Petition of 'Arnold and Company (Lincoln),' against the Bill, the Standing Order ought to be dispensed with."

"That, in the case of the London County Council (Tramways and Improvements), Petition for Bill, the Standing Orders ought to be dispensed with: That the parties be permitted to proceed with their Bill, on condition that the powers to construct so much of Tramway No. 2 as is within the Metropolitan Borough of Camberwell be struck out of the Bill: That the Committee on the Bill do report how far such Order has been complied with."
