§ Mr. SHINWELLI am not yet in a position to announce the name of the new chairman, but I hope to be able to do so very shortly. My hon. Friend the Member for Coatbridge and Mr. Enoch Morrell have been invited to fill the vacancies caused by the resignation of my right hon. Friends the Secretary for Scotland and the Postmaster-General, and have consented to do so.
