§ Mr. RICHARDSNo additional expenditure has been debited to Indian revenues in consequence of military operations in Iraq, In accordance with the Parliamentary Resolutions of 1914, Indian expenditure on oversea operations has been limited to the normal charges that would have been incurred had the troops remained in India.
