§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the MINISTRY of HEALTH (Mr. A. Greenwood)It will rest with the Royal Commission to decide what procedure they will adopt to inquire into the points to which my hon. Friend refers or receive evidence upon them. The Royal Commission will also have full power to visit mental hospitals in order to acquaint themselves with the conditions prevailing.
