The expression 'trolley vehicles' means a mechanically-propelled vehicle adapted for use upon roads without rails and moved by electrical power transmitted thereto from some external source.
§ Viscount CURZONIs it wise for the Minister to specify for mechanically-propelled vehicles to be driven by "electrical power" only? We are in a mechanical age, and invention proceeds very fast. Is it wise to specify the power which is to be used?
§ Mr. GOSLINGI cannot meet that point by leaving out the word "electrically."
