§ Mr. LEACHThese figures were asked for at a recent meeting of the Public Accounts Committee, and it was explained that a recent costing of Halton had taken place, and that the figures were being worked out and would be laid before that Committee. I hope that my hon. Friend, who is a member of the Committee, will shortly be in possession of this information.
