§ 13. Lieut.-Colonel WINDSOR - CLIVEasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether he has received the Report of the Phelps-Stokes Commission on the Kenya Colony; whether it is the intention of the Government to publish this Report; and, if so, how soon is it likely to be published?
Mr. THOMASThe answer to the first part of the question is in the negative. The Phelps-Stokes Commission is not a Government body, and it will, I assume, make its own arrangements for publishing its Report if it decide on publication.
