HC Deb 02 June 1924 vol 174 c871
47. Sir F. HALL

asked the Prime Minister whether it is intended to raise the question of reparation for the murder of Captain Cromie, of the British Embassy, with the Soviet delegates?

The PRIME MINISTER

I would refer the hon. and gallant Member to the reply given to the hon. and gallant Member for Handsworth (Commander Locker-Lampson) on the 14th February.

Sir F. HALL

Is the right hon. Gentleman aware that in the reply to which he refers no direct answer was given to the question—that it is not an answer to the question at all?

The PRIME MINISTER

I have looked at the answer, and I think it covers the question of the hon. and gallant Member.
