§ The PRIME MINISTERAs regards the general position of the Austrian secured debt, I have nothing to add to the statement. which my hon. Friend the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs made in reply to the question which the hon. and gallant Member addressed to him on this subject on the 26th of March last. I am not aware that any Report of the Austro-Rumanian negotiations at Vienna has been published, and I am therefore unable to answer the last part of the question.
