Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Mayor, Aldermen, and Burgesses of the borough of Sandwich, which was presented on the 21st July and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of the Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the Uttoxeter Gas Works, Limited, which was presented on the 21st July and published, be approved.

Resolved, That the draft of a Special Order proposed to be made by the Board of Trade under Section 10 of The Gas Regulation Act, 1920, on the application of the King's Lynn Gas Company, which was presented on the 21st July and published, be approved, subject to the following modifications:

Clause 42, Sub-Clause (8), line 3, after 'company,' insert 'or a railway committee';
