§ Mr. HARCOURT JOHNSTONE by Private Noticeasked the Prime Minister whether his attention has been drawn to the numerous evictions which are still taking place in London and the suburbs owing to the fact that the Prevention of Evictions Act, which received the Royal Assent on 14th July, is not yet available in printed form for the use of the Courts; and whether, in view of the fact that the Courts will shortly be rising, he will take steps to see that the Act is immediately made available.
§ Mr. CLYNESI have looked into this matter and am glad to be able to state that it has been arranged to post copies of this Act to the Courts to-night.
