Can the Deputy-Leader of the House say what Bills he proposes to take after Eleven o'Clock to-night?

After Eleven o'Clock we propose to take the items on the Order Paper:

  • 7. Post Office (London) Railway (re-committed) Bill;
  • 8. Public Health (Scotland) Amendment Bill as amended (in the Standing Committee);
  • 9. Public Works Loans (Remission of Debts) Report;
  • 10. Public Works Loans Bill, Committee.
In the case of No. 9, we propose to proceed from the Report stage to the Third Reading.

Is the right hon. Gentleman taking the necessary steps to see that the Old Age Pensions Bill is passed before the Recess?

Mr. CLYNES

Yes. We hope to take it at a later stage this week.
