§ Mr. PARKINSON (Comptroller of the Household)Non-departmental warrant officers of the Indian unattached list are 591 treated generally under the rules for British Service warrant officers, but owing to the present financial stringency, departmental warrant officers are allowed free entitled passages only when on leave on medical certificate.
