§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the ADMIRALTY (Mr. Ammon)The answer to the first part of the question is in the affirmative. As regards the second part, the payment of pension during war service is authorised by Article 1952 of 594 the King's Regulations and Admiralty Instructions (1913 Edition), and the grant of increases for war service by Article 1953.
