§ 76. Mr. G. EDWARDSasked the Minister of Health whether his attention has been drawn to the case of Mr. F. S. Clarke, an ex-service man, against whom an ejectment order was granted by the Magistrates at Attleborough, Norfolk, on 14th April last; under what Section of the Act such an order can be made without alternative accommodation being provided; and, seeing that this man is 363 suffering as a result of war service, will he take steps to prevent this hardship being imposed upon him and his family?
