§ Mr. JOWETTIt is not at present practicable to remove these temporary buildings without incurring considerable expense in providing other accommodation. The buildings are fully occupied.
§ Mr. GILBERTIs the right hon. Gentleman aware that there are plenty of empty offices in the precincts of the Customs House which might be used in preference to these temporary buildings?
