§ 64. Mr. D. G. SOMERVILLEasked the Secretary of State for the Colonies whether the Crown Colonies have, as a result of their participation in the British Empire Exhibition, recorded as yet any indication of positive increase in their export trade; and, if so, in what direction?
Mr. THOMASIt is too early to expect definite indications of the kind suggested, but from all the information in my possession I have the strongest reason to believe that a large increase may be counted upon.
