§ Mr. RICHARDSThe answer to the first part of the question is in the negative. The question of the conditions under which Indians live in Fiji has been referred by the Government of India to the Committee appointed by them to confer with the Secretary of State for the Colonies on questions concerning Indians in the Colonies, and in the circumstances it is thought desirable to postpone consideration of the question of publication.
