Mr. AYLESasked the Minister of Health whether, in view of the great amount of unemployment in the metal trades, and the need for safeguarding the health of the public, he can see his way to introduce legislation to amend the law so that local authorities may be in a position to compel all landlords to supply flushing tanks to houses owned by them where there is already water carriage provided for sanitary conveniences without any part of the cost for the same falling on the local authority?
