§ The POSTMASTER - GENERAL (Sir Laming Worthington-Evans)The licence granted to the Press Association, dated the 20th October, 1922, has not been laid before Parliament, and I am advised that the Telegraph Acts do not impose upon the Post Office any obligation to place a licence of that description on the Table of the House.
