asked the Postmaster-General whether any agreement has been arrived at between the Post Office and the Marconi Company respecting the Empire wireless; and whether before being finally settled it will be submitted to Parliament for ratification?

No agreement has yet been arrived at. It has been my intention that any such agreement should be subject to ratification by this House.
