§ The PRIME MINISTER (Mr. Baldwin)No, Sir, I do not think that this proposal is desirable or practicable. As the hon. Member was informed in reply to a similar question on the 5th December, 1022, the arrangements (hen made for the swearing-in of Members worked admirably and with the minimum of inconvenience to Members themselves. I understand that the arrangements made this time were equally satisfactory.
