Mr. AYLESasked the Minister of Pensions whether he will consider the desirability of amending the law relating to the right of appeal against final awards in such a way as to allow such appeal to be brought at any time by a man who can produce medical evidence to show that the disability on account of which he had been given a final award had not ceased or had recurred?
