RICHARDSONasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he is aware of the grave inconvenience imposed upon people of the north-east of 438 England who desire to go to the United States of America because of the fact that there is no American Consulate in the city of Newcastle-on-Tyne; and will he take up this matter with the American Government with a view to the reestablishing of the Consulate in that city?
