§ The POSTMASTER-GENERAL (Mr. Hartshorn)Yes, I am pleased to inform the House that the whole of the mails which were held up at Plymouth have been brought to London, and are being distributed this morning. We hope 2166 the distribution will be completed throughout the country this afternoon and to-morrow morning.
