§ Mr. PONSONBYHis Majesty's Government are not responsible for postal deliveries between unoccupied and occupied territory. I understand that the delays which have occurred were due to insufficient staff on the boundary and the increase of traffic following the abandonment by Germany of passive resistance. I am informed that the staff has now been increased and that the position has, consequently, improved.
