§ The PRIME MINISTERThe Imperial Ottoman Bank have informed me that their Tiflis representative, who is a Turkish citizen, has been arrested by the local State Political Department. The British Chargé d'Affaires at Moscow has been instructed to make inquiries and, if he is satisfied that the facts reported are correct, to endeavour to secure the release of the bank's representative. No other such arrests have been brought to my notice.
§ Lieut. - Commander KENWORTHYWill the, right hon. Gentleman consider the advisability of sending a Consul-General to Tiflis to look after the interests of British subjects?
