Mr. FRANKLINasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether, in view of the small number of loans under £10,000 that are guaranteed under tire Trade Facilities Act, he will consider the appointing of a committee to examine the whole question, with a view to making the guarantees under this Act available for the smaller traders?
Mr. GRAHAMAs I have already informed my hon. Friend in Debate, there is no discrimination whatever against the smaller trader, and I fear I cannot accept his suggestion as to the appointment of a committee.
