Mr. MacKENZIE LIVINGSTONEasked the Secretary for Scotland whether he has now taken steps to construct the necessary road to enable the children in the Board of Agriculture settlement at Orinsay, Island of Lewis, to attend school; and, if not, when he intends to take the necessary action to enable these children to attend school?
