§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the MINISTRY of HEALTH (Mr. Arthur Greenwood)The Report of the National House Building Committee shows that all the brickfields of the country are not yet working at full capacity. The Government have taken 2514 the most practical steps for securing an increase in production, by the adoption in their Housing Bill of a long programme of house building which will enable manufacturers with confidence to develop their resources and increase their output.
