§ Miss BONDFIELDI have now received evidence with regard to conditions in the light refreshment and dining-room part of the catering trade, which satisfies me that there is a prima facie ease for an inquiry 2509 as to whether the Trade Boards Acts should be applied. The necessary preliminary investigation and consultation with the parties concerned will be initiated at the earliest possible moment.
