MORRISONasked the Secretary to the Treasury whether his attention has been drawn to a resolution passed at the annual delegates' conference of the Association of Ex-Service Civil Servants, held at the Central Hall, Westminster, on the 21st March last, asking that effect should be given immediately to the promises made to ex-service men that they should have security of tenure in the Civil Service; and whether he can make any statement on the matter?
