§ 8. To ask the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if he has made any representations to the Government of Russia with regard to the imprisonment and trial of the Archbishop of Petrograd and many priests, so as to secure that they shall be adequately defended at their trial?
§ Mr. BRIANTI put down this question some days ago and answers on the subject were given in the House yesterday. May I be allowed to ask if the hon. Gentleman has any further information as to 467 the possible prevention of this horrible crime which is meditated on the Archbishop?
§ Mr. McNEILLI am sorry that I have no further information beyond what I gave yesterday.
