Major Viscount SANDONasked the Under-Secretary of State for the Colonies whether his Department have made any official communication to the Board of Education as to the distinctive use of the expressions, Dominions and Colonies, with a view to the elimination of the use of the word Colonies in schools throughout the United Kingdom in other than its accurate sense; and, if not, whether they will consider the advisability of doing so at once?
