§ Mr. BALDWINThe question whether tobacco-dealers' licences can be issued in respect of coffee stalls depends on various considerations, such as the nature of the stall and the proposed hours of sale. As regards the case of Frederick Hyatt, I am having inquiry made into the matter, and I will communicate with the hon. Member in due course.
